How do I delete my account and data?
In the App: Profile → Delete account. Your account, trips, expenses and stored documents are removed. If you prefer, write to us and we’ll do it for you.
How do I manage notifications?
You can turn them off in your phone’s notification settings (iOS or Android), or manage alerts from the profile section of the App.
I can’t sign in
Check your connection and make sure you’re using the same method you signed up with (email or Apple). If the problem persists, write to us including your account email.
I found an error in an itinerary
Itineraries are AI-generated and may contain errors. You can regenerate the day from the App. If something is clearly broken, let us know — it helps us improve.
How do I report a problem?
Send us an email with a description of the problem, your phone model and, if possible, a screenshot.
